The above rates include consumption tax, gasoline, highway tolls, and parking fees.

Airport pickups are free for up to 90 minutes after flight arrival, with an additional charge of ¥1,000 per 10 minutes thereafter. Please note that we may not be able to wait due to other schedules.

Hotel pickups are free for up to 10 minutes, with an additional charge of ¥1,000 per 10 minutes thereafter.
